• MM Electronics was founded in 2006 by Martin Markowski.
  
  
• Prior to managing MM Electronics Martin Markowski was COO and co-owner of SM Electronic, one of the leading importers of CE accessories and satellite receiving equipment in Europe. SM Electronic was subsequently acquired by 3i Group.
  
  
• Martin Markowski partnered with one of the leading Chinese manufactures of CE accessories to create MM Electronics.
